Culture establishment instruction:
1 mL primary culture is recommended to aliquote into sterile transparent tube with aeration cap and mix throughtly with 1mL fresh media for culturing. Place the tube in the incubator or environment with the recomended condition stated above. Swirl the culture tube daily to resuspend the sinked algal cells. The colour of the culture should turns green within 2 weeks.
*Algal cells may stick on the wall of culturing tube, which is normal and will not affect the culturing quality.
