Recommended Cultivation Conditions:
Temperature: 20-25℃
Light intensity: 250-3000 lux white fluorescent lamp
Light-dark cycle: 12/12 hrs
pH: 8
 
Culture Establishment Instruction:
1 ml primary culture is recommended to aliquote into sterile transparent tube with aeration cap and mix throughtly with 1mL fresh media for culturing. Place the tube in the incubator or environment with the recomended condition stated above. Swirl the culture tube daily to resuspend the sinked algal cells. The pale yellow algal filament should appear within 2 weeks.
